How to use "Buying agent service"
(1)Require on "Requesting quotation" by sending email to dowooi@eclickkorea.com.
(product URL, size, color,quantity and your delivery nation)
(2)Then, we'll estimated your quotation and will reply for your reauest.
But this quotation is not including international shipping fee as we don't know total weight of your goods.
We can measure total weight after receiving all your goods.
(3)1st payment.
Please, pay to our paypal account(eclickkorea@eclickkorea.com)
We use only use paypal as payment method.
You can pay with your credit card through paypal although you are not member of paypal.
Paypal is very safe payment system in the world. You don't need to worry about safety.
(4)Informing international shipping fee to customer
eclickkorea will let you know international shipping fee after receiving all your goods and measure total weight.
We'll let you know both of standard mail fee and EMS fee.
You can choose shipping method between standard mail and EMS courier.
But standard mail is only available under 2kg.
Also if you choose standard mail(normal mail), you should confirm that eclickkorea is not responsible if your parcel is lost during
delivery.
You can't track parcel for standard mail.
(5)2nd payment for international shipping fee.
Please, choose shipping method and make payment for shipping method customer want to our paypal account(eclickkorea@eclickkorea.com)
(6)Dispatching goods
We dispatch your goods as shipping method you choose.
If you choose EMS courier, we'll let you know tracking number. |
