1) Free International Shipping Service
for accessory products

Eclickkorea.com starts free international shipping service from
Nov 1, 2006

for the buyers who purchases over
USD10.00 value
of accessories(earrings, necklace,
bracelet).


Please be reminded that "Free Shipping Service" will
be applied only for accessory products (earrings, necklace, bracelet,
hair acc).


For the buyers purchasing other products, shipping fee will be
applied same as before.

For the buyers purchasing accessories with less than USD10.00, shipping
fee will be applied same as before.

For the buyers purchasing accessories with other products, free
shipping fee will be applied only for accessory products.

For the buyers purchasing accessories over USD10.00, shipping fee
will be free.


How to use free shipping service?

Please select "Free shipping for accessories" for shipping
method when you place an order.

Shipping method will be as below:

2) Please read our sales policy for
accessories carefully before your purchasing


-Color, size and shape of Each Product made by natural material
can be different a little bit from the image on our site as character
of materials and also the products can have crack or spread.

In that case a exchange or a return cannot be accepted.


-Products made by acrylic or plastic can have traces of processing
and it cannot be cases of change and refund.


-Colors of products can be shown differently with each customer¡¯s
monitor.


-It can be out of stock and canceled order by products supplier¡¯s
situations after submitting order sheet..


-Delivery can be delayed about 2~7 days by products preparation.


-For earrings, in case of stud earrings the hook is plated in gold
or not plated by anything to protect allergy, so the stud part can
be become darker like black color or peeled off a little bit. It
cannot be case of an exchange or return.


-If payment isn¡¯t completed within 48 days, your order is cancelled
automatically.



3) A/S information
for only accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelet, hair acc)


-eclickkorea will give after service for Accessories (earrings/necklaces)
if product has defective problems.


-In case of customer finds defect after receiving products within
2 days, we will be responsible for shipping charge.


-In case of customer just want to have A/S for products brought
from eclickkorea, customer should be responsible for going and returning
shipping cost.


-Basically eclickkorea will give free A/S for one year if it¡¯s
not serious damage.



4) Returns and Refunds


-All products should not be opened if you want refunds.


(Inner package should not be opened.)


-For accessories, we will consider you wore the accessories if
inner package is opened.


In that case exchange or return will not be possible.


-If customers mind just want exchange or return, we will not be
accepted.




-If you find any defects and want exchanges or returns you should
let us know by e-mail within 2 days after receiving products.


-When you send defective goods to us, please send via normal mail

2. How do I place an order?

only the product or ¡°add to chart¡± which you want to buy this

product and another product after deciding product quantity.

4)Please click "member order" or "non-member order"
 
5)Please select the proper payment method, shipping method, and the zone.


And then fill in the shipping information box.

Please click the "check out" button to complete your order.

In case of bank transfer, we will not be responsible for any occurred from
both of party, so you need to pay remittance fee +intermediary fee + paying
fee when you send money. So you need to send USD10 more as paying fee.

For example if you order U$78.35 of goods and live in USA you need to send
the amount of products cost U$78.35 + shipping fee + U$10 as paying fee.

3. how do I pay for item I want to buy?

4. how do I return an item?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please follow
the process below.


1) Email us the order number and the product condition
within 14 days of delivery.
2) We will provide you the autorization number and instructions
for sending the returning item(s) to us.
3) Send the returning item(s) to eclickkorea.com by regular Air
Mail. It must be securely packaged and wrapped.(please note
that eclickkorea.com will be responsible for the shipping cost
by giving credit to your account and the returning items must
be shipped by regular Air Mail ONLY.)
4) After we received the product, we will examine the defective
item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will ship
you a replacement of the defective item(s).

In addition, we will be unable to refund if it is below condition.


- If just buyer change his/her mind without item¡¯s problem, we can
not refund.



Please be note that refund will be done after paypal or credit card
commission deducted from total amount. We are sorry for this but
for the transactions between different countries, it is unavoidable.
